Privacy
This page explains the business reception register, ordinary technical access data and the brand's contact channel.
Website and reception data
The Reception page accepts non-confidential business context. A record can include name, email, telephone, organisation, role and decision capacity, country or relevant jurisdiction, current stage, timeframe, objective, contribution, non-confidential public links, declarations and the system-generated case ID, status, accountable route and next action. First reception does not accept file attachments. There is no user account, checkout or payment function, advertising pixel, behavioural profile or optional analytics configured in the site source.
The interactive route finder processes only the broad choices you select in the open browser tab. Those choices are not transmitted, saved or retained and reset when the page is refreshed.
Controller for initial enquiries
For this website, first-stage enquiries and business correspondence addressed to welcome@jpsportsinm.com or pjun@jpsportsinm.com, the responsible controller is 제이피스포츠그룹주식회사, Business Registration No. 663-86-03272, Republic of Korea. For staff safety, detailed office addresses are not published. Contact the responsible entity through the online reception route below.
Projects and institutional enquiries use the Reception route; Pietro's direct route preserves existing relationships and executive context. Email delivery is awaiting verification, so use online reception or the published telephone contacts for now. A different responsible entity or channel must be identified to you expressly in writing before it is relied upon.
A personal conversation is not automatically forwarded to a shared mailbox. Any proposed handover identifies the business purpose, receiving owner and information needed. The online register does not automatically import emails or merge two email conversations.
If a matter is routed through JPSPG Utah Office in Utah, United States, or to another separately identified entity, the relevant contracting and data-handling responsibility will be stated in writing before confidential information is requested or accepted.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information you choose to provide to answer an enquiry, assess business-route fit, maintain necessary correspondence, confirm stated authority, screen conflicts or integrity concerns, protect the website and communications, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing is based on steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, consent where required, or a legal obligation.
Hosting, recipients and security
The hosting and access layer processes connection, routing and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Reception records are held in the website's private structured database. File attachments are not accepted at first reception. Information may also be handled by email, communications and security providers, professional advisers, and a separately identified JP Sports Group entity when that is necessary for the enquiry. Access should be limited by role and purpose. We do not sell personal information.
If you open the optional language control, GTranslate supplies the machine-translation layer and may receive the visible page text, IP address, browser information and selected language needed to provide it. The service is not loaded before that user action. Its own privacy terms apply to that processing.
First-reception boundary
Use the form only for sponsorship, sports assets and rights, a strategic or investment proposal, market entry, or help choosing among those business routes. Do not submit files, identity documents, financial-account data, confidential deal material, medical information, minor-related data or third-party confidential information.
Retention and international handling
Routine reception or enquiry records that do not become an engagement are scheduled for review or deletion no later than 24 months after receipt or the last substantive contact. We may delete earlier, keep a shorter local period, or retain a limited record longer where necessary for a legal, compliance, security, consent, limitation or dispute purpose. Engagement records follow the written agreement and applicable law. Technical logs follow the hosting and security configuration.
Enquiries may be handled in the Republic of Korea or the United States and by service providers in other countries. Appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards are used where applicable law requires them.
Contact channels
If you email, call, use WhatsApp or open Instagram, the information you provide is processed by the relevant communications provider as well as by the recipient. Their own privacy terms also apply.
The structured reception form for brand-level commercial enquiries is available at www.jpsportsinm.com/reception.
Do not send confidential deal or dispute documents, payment or account information, medical information, government identifiers, passport or immigration records, or minor-related information before an appropriate named owner and secure route have been agreed.
Your choices, questions and corrections
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an explanation of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent privacy authority in your jurisdiction.
For requests, privacy questions and factual corrections, call +82 10 3991 1067 to agree a suitable response channel. Please include only the information needed to identify and answer the request. We may need to verify identity before acting on a rights request.
